Growing up in the Maritimes, James has been passionate about starting his own real estate business from a young age. With his entrepreneurial mom and her interior design business as his guiding force, he quickly adopted an innate ability to turn a house into a home and cater to a person’s tastes and personality.Pursuing a degree at Saint Thomas University part-time, James found himself working in various customer service and sales roles. It didn’t take long for him to realise how much he enjoyed helping people and knew that it would be his direction in life.
James has an instinctive ability to identify what is most important to the client, those things that will turn a property into a home. And it’s this understanding and commitment to the client that drives his passion for real estate.
